So delicious....for more than 20 years nothing has change; it's really good the foods...

A tiny eatery located inside the neighborhood shopping center, it's great for a quick yet filling meal. The food is good and the prices reasonable with special deals. With the Formule Régal, for example, you can get a hot meal, two entrées and a pita bread for 9 euros. Prices indicated are for takeaway, however. If you want to eat there, it's an extra euro. I just wish that extra euro also meant eating in a real plate and not the plastic takeaway tray...

Nestled in the heart of Paris at 14 rue des Sablons and 37 Rue Saint-Didier, Al Boustan offers a vibrant taste of authentic Middle Eastern cuisine. This modest yet charming restaurant has stood the test of time for over two decades, consistently delivering rich, flavorful dishes that transport you straight to the Levant. Their menu shines with staples like creamy Mohalabiya, fresh Taboule, and the ever-popular Hummus and Taboulé, all perfect companions to the savory Makanek—spiced Lebanese sausages that never fail to delight.

What strikes me most about Al Boustan is its balance of authenticity and approachability. The hummus is velvety with just the right tang of lemon and garlic, while the taboule bursts with fresh herbs and bright flavors that enliven the palate. The shawarma, praised repeatedly by regulars, offers juicy, well-marinated meat wrapped in tender pita, embodying comfort in every bite. Unlike many places where quality can waver, Al Boustan has stayed true to its roots, a fact echoed by longtime patrons who celebrate its unchanging excellence.

Beyond the food, the restaurant exudes a warm, no-frills atmosphere, making it an ideal spot for a quick yet satisfying meal. The reasonable prices, especially the Formule Régal deal that combines hot mains, entrées, and pita bread, reflect a focus on value without compromising taste. The friendly staff add a personal touch, ensuring every visit feels welcoming.

For anyone craving an authentic Lebanese experience in Paris—whether a local or a traveler—Al Boustan is a gem. It offers not just nourishment, but a genuine connection to Middle Eastern culinary heritage, served simply and sincerely.
